- "Bonus Funds"

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration
To use any paid feature on 288 Games — including making deposits, placing bets, entering tournaments or claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:
- One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 288 Games account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
- Accurate information required: You must register with your real name, mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information at registration, including a name that does not match your CNIC, is prohibited and will result in account suspension during verification.
- Account security is your responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your 288 Games login credentials — password, OTP codes and any two-factor authentication details — confidential. Do not share your credentials with any other person. 288 Games staff will never ask for your password.
- Notify us of unauthorised access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 288 Games support immediately at support@288games.bet. We will investigate and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.
- Identity verification: 288 Games may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account lifetime. This typically requires a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.
4 Eligibility
Access to the 288 Games platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 288 Games does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform in any capacity. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the verified payment source.

288 Games uses age verification processes during registration and at the point of first withdrawal. We take our obligation to prevent underage access seriously and will act immediately on any evidence that a registered account is held by a minor.
5 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 288 Games are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:
- Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and Visa/Mastercard; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT transfers.
- Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash; Rs 1,000 for NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard.
- Zero platform fees: 288 Games charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own standard charges independently.
- Withdrawal to registered methods only: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that are registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- Same-method policy: Your first withdrawal should be to the same payment method used for your first deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Additional withdrawal methods may be added after full identity verification.
- Processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes during active hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals within 15 minutes. IBFT withdrawals within 1–4 hours. Card refunds within 1–3 business days. These times are indicative and may extend in exceptional circumstances.
- Deposit source: Funds deposited to 288 Games must originate from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party sources will be returned and the account may be subject to review.
288 Games reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals as part of its standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
288 Games offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:
- Welcome bonus wagering: The 288 Games welcome bonus carries a 5x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. Bonus funds must be wagered five times across qualifying games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — check the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
- One welcome bonus per player: The welcome bonus is available once per player, once per household, once per device and once per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by registering additional accounts is fraud and will result in permanent bans and forfeiture of all balances.
- Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within 30 days of being credited to your account will expire automatically. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus activation. Expired bonus funds are removed from the wallet without replacement.
- Maximum bet with active bonus: While bonus funds are active in your wallet, the maximum single bet allowed is Rs 2,000. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided and the bonus forfeited.
- Cashback and tournament prizes: Cashback credits and tournament prizes are credited as real cash with no wagering requirement. These funds are available for withdrawal immediately upon crediting, subject to standard withdrawal minimums.
- Referral bonus: The refer-a-friend bonus is credited to your account once the referred player completes their first deposit of Rs 1,000 or more and meets the qualifying activity requirement. Referral bonuses are real cash with no wagering requirement.
- 288 Games reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any promotion found to be exploited through artificial or coordinated play patterns will be voided.
7 Gameplay and Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all games and betting activity on the 288 Games platform:
- Bets are final once confirmed: Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the 288 Games system, it cannot be cancelled, amended or withdrawn by the player. Please double-check all selections before confirming.
- Insufficient funds: Bets will not be accepted if your account does not hold sufficient funds to cover the stake. Ensure your wallet balance is adequate before placing bets.
- Disconnection during play: In cash game poker, a player who disconnects mid-hand is treated as all-in for their existing stake, with a side pot created for remaining players. In other games, 288 Games will attempt to reinstate your position upon reconnection. 288 Games is not liable for losses incurred due to player-side connectivity issues.
- Error and malfunction policy: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction or display error that results in an incorrect payout being displayed or credited, 288 Games reserves the right to correct the error. Incorrect payouts credited due to technical malfunctions do not represent valid winnings and will be adjusted.
- PSL and sports betting: All sports betting markets are subject to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. 288 Games reserves the right to suspend, void or delay settlement of any market where the integrity of the underlying event is in question or where the result is contested.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Individual game categories and markets have their own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may change without prior notice.
8 Responsible Gaming
288 Games is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed from the account settings section of the platform:
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

9 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 288 Games. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

- Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

10 Account Suspension and Termination
288 Games reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, chip-dumping, identity fraud or money laundering.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a minor.
- A player-initiated self-exclusion request.
- Prolonged account inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months) — in this case, 288 Games will provide at least 30 days' written notice before closing the account and will return the remaining balance to the verified payment method on file.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 288 Games reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real cash funds and bonus funds. Where 288 Games closes an account for reasons unrelated to player conduct, real cash balances will be returned in full to the registered payment method within 14 business days.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the 288 Games platform — including but not limited to the 288 Games brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, software and all other material — is the intellectual property of 288 Games or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or transmit any part of the 288 Games platform or its content without prior written authorisation from 288 Games. Any unauthorised use of 288 Games intellectual property will be subject to legal action.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288 Games shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform.
- Loss of data, profits, goodwill or betting winnings resulting from technical failures outside 288 Games' reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment system failures or force majeure events.
- Any losses resulting from a player's own decisions while using the platform, including betting decisions, account security failures attributable to the player and voluntary transactions.

288 Games' total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by 288 Games' negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13 Privacy and Data
288 Games collects, stores and processes player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on 288 Games, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
